Your Role Will Include:

• Providing compassionate support and positive behavior intervention strategies for children enrolled in the program
• Ensuring the overall safety, security, and well-being of all participants
• Collaborating with the team to create engaging, enriching activities that spark curiosity and joy

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a leadership role
• Ability to remain calm and problem-solve when faced with challenging behaviors
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible, adaptable, and committed to working as part of a close-knit team

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-Time Straight Shift: Monday through Friday, 10:30 am to 6 pm 
• Competitive Compensation: $20.43/hour 
• Benefits: Health, Dental, Sick time, Vacation and Two personal days
• School Year and Summer Options: Permanent, school-year position (mid - August – early June) with the opportunity to continue working during the summer in the Wayzata Kids program
